Description
All-in-one 12V power with Victron charging inside
LOCAL PICKUP IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ONLY. Limited first batch, with more units coming as we sell through.
The XPLOR BX-100 puts your battery, alternator charger and solar controller in one slim aluminum box built to bolt into a rig. It’s made for overlanders, campers and anyone running a fridge, lights and devices off the vehicle: a camp kitchen, a pickup bed, a van, or a compact build with a rooftop tent and a couple hundred watts of roof solar. You connect the alternator and solar once and you’re set up.
It’s a true 12V system, so your gear runs directly with no inverter in between. That means no conversion losses and no idle drain.
Built for the vehicle
- Three components in one unit: a 100Ah LiFePO₄ battery, a Victron Orion XS 12/12-50A DC-DC charger and a Victron SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 controller. You’d otherwise buy and wire each of these separately.
- Alternator and solar charging: both sources feed the same battery through Anderson connectors, and Victron electronics manage each one.
- Overland-standard hardware: Anderson inputs and outputs plus a 12V kill switch, the same connections most builds already use.
- Native 12V outputs: two 12V sockets, two USB-A, one USB-C and an Anderson output run a fridge, lights and devices directly.
Protected, usable power
- Internal fuse panel: every output is fused inside the unit, so you don’t add a fuse holder for each circuit.
- Breakers on high-current outputs: heavier loads get their own protection.
- No inverter in the path: 12V fridges, lights and USB gear skip inverter losses and idle draw.
Mount it and forget it
- Slim 6061 aircraft-aluminum case: 30 lb, with a profile that fits tight cargo areas and takes less space than bulky plastic power stations.
- M-LOK mounting: brackets with M-LOK fasteners lock it to a surface. The vent holes double as M-LOK mount points.
- Stays put on rough trails: a bolted-down unit won’t shift or tip over when the vehicle moves.
- Looks like part of the rig: solid metal construction reads as purpose-built vehicle hardware, not a portable gadget sitting in the back.
Right-sized, expandable and serviceable
- Matched to roof solar: the proven Victron 75/15 handles about 200W on a 12V system, which suits a typical compact-vehicle roof without paying for input you can’t use.
- Room to grow: a high-current Anderson output comes straight off the main battery for future expansion.
- Easy to service: remove the front panel to get inside.
